Course Schedule and Due Dates

Friday 1/12/07

• Thailand Reports Due
• These will be informal oral presentations on the student's chosen topic related to Thailand.

• Teams will determine their themes. Students need to work on theme determination outside of classtime. We will spend much of our time on the Beausite Lake retreat working on themes and begin storyboarding.
  

Monday 1/15/07 - Beausite Lake permission slips due today.

• Due: Thailand Reports. Due to a lack of time on Friday, we will do our Thailand reports today.
  

• Begin storyboarding process, focusing primarily on the technical aspects of the photography. Students need to work on theme determination outside of classtime. We will spend much of our time on the Beausite Lake retreat working on themes and begin storyboarding.

Tuesday 1/16/07 - Students bring a camera if you have one.

• Beausite Lake retreat. Leave JCS at 12:00 a.m.
• Student should arrive at school for 9:00 Circle and attend their first period class.
  

Wednesday 1/17/07

• Beausite Lake retreat. Return to JCS at 12:00
• Students will attend classes upon their return to JCS

Friday 1/19/07

• Journals you are taking to Thailand are due today. Simply bring them in to class.
• We will continue to work on storyboarding.

Monday 1/22/07 - Make sure you bring your journals in today, I did not check them on Friday.

• Completed portfolios due. This is the packet of information that includes, medical information, extra photo, etc. that student's received on January 3rd from Rob. We must have these to travel.

• We will work on our song selection and on storyboards today.
• Work on Lesson Plans (rescheduled to Monday 1/29/2007).
  

Wednesday 1/24/07

• Complete Stupa project with Jesse today. Make sure you bring in your personal items for the project.
  
• Work on Lesson Plans (rescheduled to Wednesday 1/31/07).
• Permission slips due to Paulette for the 1/26/2007 Seattle Trip.
  

Friday 1/26/07

• Trip to Seattle. Leave Port Townsend at 9:05 a.m., return by 7:40 p.m.
  

Monday 1/29/07 - All spending money for Thailand needs to be turned in no later than today or Wednesday.

• Work on Lesson Plans
  

Wednesday 1/31/07 - All spending money for Thailand needs to be turned in no later than today.

• Work on Lesson Plans
  
• Any loose ends that need to be addressed.
  

Friday 2/2/07

• Practice our song that we will perform upon our arrival in the village.
